Not, for once, an imaginative attempt at a witty/cryptic title. We’re selling out TV, which will be replaced with an LCD. We’re mostly doing this for space reasons - a widescreen CRT takes up a huge amount of room when your sitting room is as small as ours.

So - if you’re interested in buying a 2nd hand 28″ Sanyo Widescreen TV, then leave a comment or drop me an email. All serious offers considered, although it will need to be in the Glasgow area unless you’re willing to come pick it up yourself, or pay petrol costs for me to deliver it.

TV is a 28″ widescreen with Sanyo patented ‘3d surround sound’ (not “real” surround sound, but sounds quite good). It has 2 SCART sockets, and phono video + L/R Audio input sockets on the front, and a headphone socket. It automatically tunes, and will resize the picture to the correct aspect. We’ve had it for just over 2 years (see this archived blog, and we bought it 2nd hand initially. There is a small bit of discolouration in the top left hand corner, but it is barely noticable 90% of the time - I’m sure that anybody who was at the BDP, or any of our other TV-related parties, can vouch for that.
