The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Most likely it was nothing you did. The character test seems occasionally prone to lock up for some users and produce this error, for example. However the test works fine for most people so I’d suggest trying again later.

One user has commented that disabling Norton Antivirus Firewall can eliminate this error. The test also restricts other sites from using it, so you’ll need send a Referer in your HTTP Request Header from your browser.
